William Lench Court
The Lench’s Trust is an Almshouse Charity founded in 1526 by William Lench. Over the year’s Lench’s Trust has adapted to the needs of an ever changing society and today they provide superior sheltered accommodation throughout the city of Birmingham for up to 200 of our older generation who are in need.
As the 21st century unfolds, the society will continue to change and non-profit Lench’s Trust will continue to engage with the diverse community it serves to ensure it responds to the needs of the growing numbers of Birmingham’s future generation of older people, who are facing financial hardship or social isolation.
With 209 solar panels generating up to 111.7kWp and meeting 45% of their electricity demand, Lench’s Trust are delighted with the solar install!
“Big Solar Co‑op has been a fantastic partner; professional, reliable, and delivering a smooth, trouble‑free installation. We’re genuinely excited about the long-term relationship ahead and the positive impact we can achieve together in not only reducing our carbon footprint, but also in costs for our residents”.
